Application cost is $175. Upon submission of payment you will receive an email within 48 hours with instructions about how to complete the questionnaire and submit your paperwork. If you would like your tree added to the certificate please submit an extra $50 and indicate it on your form.
This certification is for the purpose of demonstrating one’s Sephardic ancestry and can not be considered proof of someone’s formal Jewish affiliation.
